Inside Sales Associate

Build relationships with walk-in and phone customers, assisting them with product selection and a smooth sales experience. Process and distribute customer products, handle questions and complaints professionally, and accurately enter sales orders to generate invoices and secure payment. Support warranty item disposition and estimate delivery dates using vendor schedules, while also helping with receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties.
