Refurb and Returns Technician

Refurbish and return customer units by moving inventory through the warehouse, tracking serial numbers, performing visual/functional assessments, and cleaning components. Disassemble/reassemble units, replace parts, and complete systematic tracking and reporting for returned/refurbished/repair items. Run functional and secondary operational tests to ensure units have no faults, and process consumer/retail return and exchange orders in SAP while continuously improving processes.
