Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Fashion Valley

Drive store sales by delivering the ALO experience and Brand Mission standard through genuine guest connection, product education, and daily relationship building. Lead and exceed sales goals by supporting ALO’s Flow initiatives, ensuring strong sales floor coverage, and using company tools and incentives. Maintain front- and back-of-house procedures, support shipment and product flow, and educate guests and staff on ALO’s retail, yoga, and café offerings in a friendly store environment.
