Production Supervisor 3rd Shift

Oversee third-shift production to ensure procedures are followed and performance is maximized in a cost-efficient way while meeting customer specifications. Train and develop employees, plan and schedule manpower, materials, product, and machines, and manage employee performance with feedback. Promote safety, coordinate quality improvement and cost reduction efforts, and investigate yield/equipment maintenance opportunities in collaboration with other departments, while meeting all reporting requirements.
