Mechanic I

Repair and maintain industrial production and processing machinery in a scrap yard environment while adhering to strict Health, Safety, and Environmental (H&S) standards. Diagnose faults, replace worn or broken components, reassemble equipment after inspections and repairs, and test/verify machine performance against manufacturer specifications. Maintain accurate repair records, use operating manuals/blueprints/technical drawings, and provide yard assistance as needed.
