Counter Sales Associate

Serve as a counter-based sales expert for plumbing and HVAC contractors, proactively engaging customers in person, by phone, and via email. Use product knowledge to advise on purchasing decisions, drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and process orders accurately. Leverage catalogs, computer systems, and manufacturer databases to locate parts, manage special orders and back-orders, and collaborate with outside sales to support account growth—all while maintaining a safe, organized counter environment.
