Key Responsibilities

  • •Review, negotiate, and advise on client contracts, local and cross-border engagements, tenders, RFPs, and other commercial agreements.
  • •Liaise with the regional contracts team, internal stakeholders (sales/account management, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Risk, Operations), and external clients for fact-finding and negotiation.
  • •Manage competing priorities and workloads to support business deadlines while maintaining risk controls and governance standards.
  • •Monitor and advise on contractual issues and emerging trends, including changes in Vietnam’s regulatory landscape impacting client contracts.
  • •Support global initiatives, including risk mitigation measures, contract audits, contract deployment/process changes, template creation and updates, and in-house trainings.

Key Requirements

  • •Law degree with relevant post-qualification experience in private practice or in-house legal/contracts roles.
  • •Strong knowledge of contracts and legal concepts, with experience managing contracts management and commercial contracts.
  • •Excellent Vietnamese and English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • •Ability to work independently and collaboratively, exercising sound judgment and escalating issues appropriately.
  • •Strong drafting and writing skills, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, and practical problem-solving.
