Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Delivery Managers and Project Managers to ensure on-time delivery (OTD) and customer satisfaction.
  • •Implement optimal transportation modes and routing strategies to meet OTD and cost targets across assigned projects.
  • •Monitor freight forwarder daily performance using KPIs and metrics during project execution.
  • •Resolve challenges with suppliers, freight forwarders, project managers, and other stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • •Serve as primary logistics point of contact for key customers and coordinate delivery-related inquiries with cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5-8 years of work experience in transport and logistics.

  • •Ability to lead a team of 3/4 and manage multiple projects within the U.S.
  • •Freight forwarding (project-level) experience with strong understanding of logistics for remote job site environments.
