Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Scheduler Platform, Capital One’s core data store for scheduled transaction generation, storage, and execution across millions of customers.
  • •Lead product strategy and delivery for scheduling logic across multiple payment rails including Internal Transfers, ACH, RTP, Zelle, Wire, and Check.
  • •Expand capabilities into next-generation features like Predictive Scheduling and real-time payment enablement.
  • •Collaborate with designers, engineers, data scientists, operations, and business partners to shape product strategy and enhance customer payment experiences.
  • •Drive alignment across partners with competing priorities and tight delivery windows by translating enterprise-scale technical architecture into business outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems) or Business/Marketing, expected to be obtained by the scheduled start date.
  • •OR, a Bachelor’s degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
  • •Translate business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
  • •Demonstrate proficiency across Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership product management areas.
  • •Define product direction in ambiguous, high-stakes environments and drive alignment across partners with tight delivery windows.
