Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the Project Manager/Estimator to develop project schedules and provide schedule updates.
  • •Coordinate manpower, equipment, and equipment movement/transport scheduling with the dispatcher (or in lieu of).
  • •Participate in project meetings with contracting agencies/customers, and in pre-bid and post-job meetings to evaluate performance and profitability.
  • •Interface daily with job foremen to understand needs, problems, and job progress; ensure crew timecards are timely and correctly coded and signed.
  • •Supervise foremen and related employees, review costs/cost sheets for correctness and budget compliance, and support estimating with field measurements and progress feedback.
