Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to incoming leads through AutoNation and third-party websites via phone, internet, and walk-in traffic.
  • •Identify and engage private parties looking to sell their vehicles using available resources.
  • •Set appointments for customers to visit the dealership for an appraisal.
  • •Execute the “We’ll Buy Your Car” same-day payment process and review condition reports.
  • •Inspect vehicles onsite, interact with customers in person and by phone, and refer trade-in customers to the sales team.
