Job Summary

Serve as a client-first, sales-driven partner in a branch, engaging individuals and small businesses to uncover financial wellness needs through in-person and phone conversations. Meet personal activity and outcome goals, open consumer and small business accounts and lending products, and deepen relationships through referrals and proactive outreach. Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, support branch operations as needed, and participate in branch huddles and Saturday coverage as directed.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage clients in deeper conversations to uncover needs and provide customized financial wellness recommendations in person and over the phone.
•Open personal and business accounts and related products (e.g., consumer checking, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, certificates of deposit).
•Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to acquire clients and deepen existing relationships through centers of influence.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including proper documentation of client interactions.
•Support branch operations by assisting with client transactions on the Teller line as needed and participate in branch morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs; work Saturdays as directed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•1+ years developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales experience more important than financial services experience).
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Comfort interacting with small business clients, overcoming objections, and asking fact-finding questions (preferred).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office tools like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web browsing).
