Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate configuration management activities for assigned projects, adapting to contractual requirements, internal reference standards, and ensuring completeness and consistency in the configuration management system.
  • •Organize, chair, and drive internal and external CCB (Configuration Change Board) commissions and related pre- and post-CCB activities.
  • •Ensure the recording and restitution of configuration status.
  • •Deliver reporting to project managers and management hierarchy.
  • •Participate in analyzing contractual requirements and in preparing configuration management estimates during the offer phase.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree or Bac+4/5 and at least 3 years of experience in configuration management, including related quality processes.
  • •Experience working in integrated teams across broad scopes combining specific developments and off-the-shelf solutions.
  • •Ideally, knowledge of products managed by Thales SIX.
  • •Ability to work in an evolving environment and explain needs and proposed solutions.
  • •Strong autonomy, collaborative mindset, interpersonal skills, rigor, pragmatism, and responsiveness.
