Job Summary

Support Trane’s Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Finance team by driving monthly and quarterly operational and financial performance reporting. Collaborate with operations and finance partners to develop and load forecasts and annual budgets, consolidate inputs from multiple facilities, and deliver accurate, timely reporting. Improve operational analytics through evolving manufacturing reporting, standardize reporting work, and coordinate system automation to strengthen cost/operations reporting. Perform financial analysis for scenarios and ad hoc projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and load financial forecast and budget (Annual Operating Plan) for assigned departmental/inventory accounting areas for P&L and balance sheet.
•Consolidate submissions from multiple facilities and deliver timely, accurate, relevant financial reporting.
•Improve operational analytics by evolving or developing key manufacturing reporting.
•Drive reporting standard work and operational excellence methodologies.
•Coordinate system improvements/automation to standardize processes in the cost/operations reporting area.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 72,611.66 - 101,394.99 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent business background required.
•3+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
•Experience with financial reporting cycles, such as forecasts and budgets (Annual Operating Plan).
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; OneStream/Hyperion and Oracle/ERP experience is a plus.
•Professional certification (CPA/CMA) and/or MBA is a plus.
