Job Summary

Develop and grow Reckitt Healthcare sales across your Annecy sector, increasing market share by promoting product portfolios to targeted pharmacy audiences. Execute the 3D approach (Distribution, Display, Detailling) to improve listings, shelf presence, promotions, and merchandising, while negotiating OTC commercial conditions and managing Net Revenue performance. Track daily orders, resolve client issues with internal teams, and analyze on-the-ground insights to continuously improve results and services.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop sales and market share for Reckitt Healthcare brands in your sector.
•Promote the product portfolio to targeted pharmacy customers and respect visit frequencies.
•Optimize commercial execution using the 3D approach (Distribution, Display, Detailling): listings, shelf presence, promotions, and merchandising.
•Negotiate OTC commercial conditions (presence, volumes, price, discounts, RFA, commercial cooperation) and drive Net Revenue performance.
•Manage daily client follow-up (orders and commitments), handle disputes with internal teams, and report competitive and market insights.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree and ideally an initial commercial experience in GMS (Grande Distribution); experience in pharmaceutical field sales is a plus.
•Be mobile and enjoy travelling to clients.
•Enjoy meeting ambitious sales challenges.
•Strong relationship sense, dynamism, organization, and analytical skills.
•Reside in the core area of the sector: Annecy (or be willing to relocate).
