Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement the Brazil country business plan, priorities, and resource allocation to meet revenue, margin, and growth targets.
  • •Oversee P&L performance, propose corrective actions, and ensure accurate financial reporting to senior management.
  • •Own the commercial plan for Brazil, drive sales performance and client acquisition, and develop the local distribution proposition.
  • •Act as a statutory officer for the Central Bank, CVM, or applicable regulator, and maintain fit and proper standing.
  • •Lead establishment and running of the local office, applying policies, procedures, and internal controls; coordinate group functions for compliance and prepare reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • •7+ years of experience in the Brazilian financial or capital markets sector, including 5+ years at senior management or statutory officer level.
  • •Proven track record in sales, distribution, or business development with direct accountability for revenue or client growth in regulated financial services.
  • •Experience building or managing intermediary, investment agent, or partner distribution networks is a significant advantage.
  • •Native or fully fluent Portuguese and business-level English (B2+) according to CEFR.
