Job Summary

Design and lead end-to-end architectures for GenAI/ML/NLP/Computer Vision solutions for clients, from scoping and POCs to scaled production. Work across cloud, sovereign cloud, and on-prem environments (Azure, AWS, GCP, Scaleway, OVHcloud, Outscale), and apply Lean Startup/MVP methods to validate high-impact use cases. Partner with Data Scientists, full-stack developers, UX/UI, and project teams; mentor engineers and establish AI architecture standards, including MLOps/LLMOps and CI/CD quality practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and pilot end-to-end AI solution architectures (GenAI, ML, NLP, Computer Vision) aligned to client business constraints and goals.
•Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to propose secure, scalable, and robust AI architectures.
•Support clients in defining data and AI strategy, addressing sovereignty, compliance, and performance requirements.
•Evaluate and select models/frameworks/services for use cases (LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, agents, multi-model orchestration) and design integration patterns with existing systems and data architectures.
•Set up and govern MLOps/LLMOps and CI/CD environments, supervise architecture reviews, and monitor performance, reliability, and cost indicators.

Key Requirements

•10+ years in software development and technical architecture, including significant experience designing data/AI solutions.
•Experience architecting and delivering solutions across Azure (ideally Azure Solutions Architect Expert), AWS, and GCP, plus cloud/on-prem deployments.
•Hands-on expertise with LLMs and RAG approaches, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and agent/orchestration concepts (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel).
•Knowledge of vector databases and LLM operations such as Chroma, Qdrant, Pinecone, and MLOps/LLMOps pipelines.
•Strong leadership and the ability to communicate with C-level stakeholders; fluent French and technical English.
•Experience with ETL/ELT, Data Lakes/Lakehouse, Databricks, Spark, and Lambda/Kappa architectures.
