•Own end-to-end HR Operations delivery across Hire to Retire, including payroll operations and the full employee lifecycle.
•Act as enterprise owner and single point of accountability for HR Shared Services performance, quality, cost, and compliance globally.
•Host and support global HR operations and transformation workstreams, ensuring disciplined execution and outcomes.
•Translate HR CoE policies, frameworks, and programs into executable, system-enabled operational processes.
•Establish governance models, RACIs, COPs, and decision rights across GPS, CoEs, and HRBPs.

•15+ years of experience leading HR Shared Services or Global Business Services in a large multinational
•Experience leading global or regional HR Shared Services from hub or offshore locations
•Strong background in process governance, service delivery, payroll operations, and operational excellence
•Ability to enable enterprise-wide HR transformation through influence and stakeholder management
•Deep understanding of HR systems such as Workday, SAP/SuccessFactors and ServiceNow
