Key Responsibilities

•Own the Hims and Hers app product roadmap, shaping new features, navigation architecture, app foundations, and cross-category experiences that help millions of patients better understand and act on their health
•Lead app growth and engagement motions (mobile messaging, push notifications), while working closely with category and CRM lifecycle teams to ensure the right message reaches the right patient at the right time
•Serve as the cross-category connector: collaborate with PMs, Category owners, Marketing and others, to cohesively sequence and deliver features
•Drive A/B experimentation on app features tied to patient adherence / retention, WAU/MAU, and subscriber LTV, with clear metric ownership
•Translate new AI features and capabilities into app-native experiences

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years owning consumer mobile products at meaningful scale
•Demonstrated track record shipping app and lifecycle features with measurable retention and engagement impact
•Deep understanding of mobile product design, interaction patterns, and user behavior
•Strong experimentation discipline: rigorous A/B testing on mobile, with clear input / output metric frameworks
•Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
