Key Responsibilities

•Support the building and maintenance of relationships with drivers, transporters and Mercado Livre agencies within our ecosystem.
•Participate in planning, implementation and execution of actions to promote driver satisfaction and retention.
•Collect, organize and share information from internal and external sources to support client engagement and internal teams.
•Identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions that add value to the customer experience.
•Collaborate with different internal areas to ensure alignment and generate value for the ecosystem.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering or related fields.
•Proficiency with Google tools to create spreadsheets, presentations and dashboards; basic data analysis knowledge.
•Own vehicle and valid CNH for visits to operations in the regional Sul of São Paulo (including São Bernardo do Campo, Santos and nearby).
•Available to work in a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site) from 09:00 to 18:48, Monday to Friday.
•Strong organizational and communication skills to manage relationships with drivers, transporters and Mercado Livre agencies.
