Job Summary

Client Director for Surety leading day-to-day account management, client retention, and new business development within Aon’s Global Broking Centre. Hybrid role based in London; responsible for coordinating marketing and negotiation of surety programs, leveraging markets and networks to deliver client solutions and growth across UK/EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage client accounts and broking activities for a diversified portfolio of clients, including renewals and new business, in coordination with the Surety team.
•Understand clients’ business and surety requirements and provide technical advice to clients/networks.
•Provide account and brokerage services to new and existing Aon surety accounts and identify opportunities to improve programs through re-marketing of bonds.
•Ensure client retention and year-over-year book growth through targeted penetration and new business development.
•Ensure compliance with Aon standards and business guidelines and maintain strong regulatory awareness across markets.

•Brokerage experience and risk expertise in the Surety space
•Excellent negotiation skills with ability to structure and layer complex programmes
•Strong client service skills and ability to manage multiple client relationships
•Organised with the ability to prioritise work, deliver accurately and on time
•Ability to interpret and use data effectively and communicate insights to clients and teams
