Senior Customer Program Manager – AI Platform

Own end-to-end technical and operational programs for key enterprise partners, cloud service providers, and Tier-1 collaborators. Define schedules, deliverables, and milestones; translate customer requirements into actionable work across engineering, quality, logistics, and sales; and lead cross-functional execution through design, production deployment, and post-deployment sustaining support. Serve as the primary customer interface and drive plans for integrating complex AI model technology stacks from evaluation through production launch.
