  • •Define and manage program schedules, deliverables, and milestones aligned to customer and partner roadmaps and requirements.
  • •Translate customer requirements into actionable tasks across functional teams to drive timely issue resolution.
  • •Provide horizontal leadership to execute cross-functional programs, manage high-priority concerns, and align globally dispersed teams.
  • •Act as the primary customer interface, facilitating kick-offs, technical discussions, design reviews, issue/bug tracking, and status updates.
  • •Drive execution from design through production deployment and provide post-deployment sustaining support for high-priority cases.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •12+ years of program/project management experience in Cloud providers, Automotive, Robotics, or Physical AI industries.
  • •Strong technical background in hardware and/or software product development, including working closely with cloud and AI solution providers.
  • •Experience driving AI Systems Orchestration, aligning engineering teams to scale generative architectures while managing compute resources and model release timelines.
  • •Consistent track record leading complex, global programs through full development lifecycles into deployment and production.
