Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as main point of contact for office related queries; liaise with managers and staff to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the office.
  • •Create and maintain a safe working environment via inspections/walkthroughs, coordinate emergency response, and ensure Health & Safety compliance and fire testing checks.
  • •Coordinate site contractors and 3rd-party vendors, ensuring documentation (permits and RAMs) is in place and service inspections are executed and documented.
  • •Manage fleet processes including company car policies, toll/parking tags, insurance/tax disks, and review mileage/odometer/fuel reporting for compliance.
  • •Cover reception and admin operations (calls, correspondence, post room activities, stationery/consumables, access cards/keys, mobile phone allocation) and support logistics/inventory and invoice portal entry.

  • •Organised with excellent administration skills and attention to detail.
  • •Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • •Ability to manage workload with limited supervision and use initiative to highlight concerns.
  • •Confident with numbers and use of Excel; able to produce reports and analyse data.
  • •Intermediate knowledge and application of office applications such as MS Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
