Key Responsibilities

•Build and evolve features for third-party integrations (CRMs, Zapier, Slack) and integrated applications (desktop/Electron app and Chrome extension)
•Collaborate with backend, infrastructure, and application engineers plus customer support to deliver an exceptional customer experience
•Scale services across multiple regions with spiky but predictable workloads and multi-stage rollouts
•Contribute to a culture of innovation through design and implementation of robust, scalable software
•Own application-level features and help drive product quality and reliability

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 230,000 annually

•Familiarity with our tech stack or equivalents: Ruby/Rails/Sidekiq, Typescript/TSX, MySQL, Redis, Pusher, Electron, GCP/GKE
•Experience in a SaaS or PaaS environment at our scale (currently 100s of millions of async jobs per week)
•Curiosity-driven and pragmatic with a focus on delivering results
•A generalist mindset with the ability to dive deep into a wide range of challenges
•Resilience, attention to detail, and an ability to grind through complex problems
