Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as an embedded finance business partner to 1–2 functions, translating business plans into financial plans and constraints into tradeoffs.
  • •Build and pressure-test business cases for investments (e.g., product, sales/marketing, expansion, headcount, vendors, build-vs-buy) and track outcomes/ unit economics.
  • •Run financial planning and monthly forecasting end-to-end, including operating budget ownership, monthly reviews, variance analysis, and guidance.
  • •Own and continuously improve understanding of business drivers; help define meaningful KPIs and work with Data to make them visible and trusted.
  • •Actively apply AI tools to improve insight speed, efficiency, and smarter decision-making while shaping Finance workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 225,000 annually

  • •8+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, or Private Equity/Venture Capital with a highly analytical Strategic Finance role.
  • •Experience owning the numbers for a fast-growing business or product line, influencing decisions based on your work.
  • •Ability to run planning and forecasting rhythms end-to-end and translate financial analysis into decisions.
