Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day operation and maintenance of the manufacturing facility and associated infrastructure, ensuring uptime and reliability.
  • •Maintain critical building systems (HVAC, electrical distribution, compressed air, plumbing, fire/life-safety, lighting, backup power) and run preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
  • •Respond to facility outages and emergencies, coordinate troubleshooting, and drive issues through permanent corrective action.
  • •Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering to support equipment installs, line expansions, facility modifications, and utility capacity planning.
  • •Plan and execute facility upgrades and capital projects, coordinating contractors and vendors while maintaining safety, compliance, and readiness for audits/inspections.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •7+ years of facilities, plant engineering, construction, or building operations experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
  • •3+ years leading facility operations, projects, vendors, or technical teams.
  • •Strong working knowledge of industrial HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, compressed air, fire/life-safety, and building automation systems.
  • •Experience developing and managing preventive maintenance programs and CMMS/work-order systems, including managing contractors and projects.
