Job Summary

Lead technical accounting decision-making for a global business within the Corporate Controller’s organization. Oversee accounting impacts of acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring, and capital market transactions, and conduct finance due diligence. Ensure revenue contract compliance with ASC 606, support adoption of new accounting standards, and manage external auditor relationships and SEC-related matters. Partner closely with senior leaders, auditors, legal counsel, treasury, tax, HR, and strategy to strengthen financial forecasts, systems, and controls.

•Serve as the decision maker for accounting issues impacting the business worldwide.
•Oversee accounting for acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring, and capital market transactions, including related finance due diligence.
•Review revenue contracts for compliance with ASC 606, including performance obligations and revenue allocation, and provide annual revenue trainings.
•Manage relationships with the external auditor and interface with the SEC, external counsel, and investment bankers on transaction structuring.
•Prepare comment letters on proposed U.S. and International accounting standards and lead efforts to adopt new accounting standards.

•Strong background in accounting research and issue resolution.
•Certified Public Accountant (or equivalent) preferred.
