Key Responsibilities

  • •Work closely with research, product management, product engineering, product design, and peers to define the first version and future evolution of AI interfaces.
  • •Design, build, and deliver well-tested core platform components including the MongoDB MCP Server, Agent Skills, the Intelligent Assistant Platform, and purpose-built agents.
  • •Take ownership of ambiguous problems and drive them to completion independently as requirements evolve.
  • •Contribute to architecture, code reviews, and development practices to improve developer experience as the team grows.
  • •Mentor fellow engineers and assume end-to-end accountability for high-visibility projects.
