Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure smooth execution of Condé Nast-organized events (on-site, digital, or hybrid) including multi- and single-sponsored brand events with up to 200 attendees.
  • •Handle detailed event negotiations, price discussions, and contract finalization with customers and service providers.
  • •Prepare accurate event invitations/avises on time, create offers/contracts and detailed direction and run-of-show plans, and oversee on-site event processes.
  • •Support monthly reporting and annual budget planning, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration across involved interfaces.
  • •Select, brief, and book external service providers (e.g., venues, event technology, catering), review invoices, manage staffing quality control, and run invitation and guest management.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed vocational training or a degree in event management/event marketing, or a commercial apprenticeship (e.g., Eventkaufmann/-frau).
  • •At least 3 years of practical experience in event and project management, ideally with congresses, awards, or festivals.
  • •Strong business fundamentals and a confident understanding of numbers.
  • •High service orientation and enthusiasm for the role as a host.
  • •Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills with internal stakeholders and external partners.
