Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the full-cycle Accounts Payable process to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing.
  • •Manage vendor payment runs and ensure adherence to payment terms and internal policies, including invoice matching.
  • •Maintain vendor master data, act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and disputes, and reconcile vendor statements regularly.
  • •Ensure compliance with VAT and withholding tax regulations and maintain internal controls over disbursements to prevent fraud.
  • •Support month-end close by managing AP accruals and aging reports.

Key Requirements

  • •A bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related technical field.
  • •3+ years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, vendor management, and P2P processes.
  • •Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel modeling.
  • •Proven expertise in vendor statement reconciliation and AP automation initiatives.
  • •Deep understanding of Saudi tax laws, including VAT and Withholding Tax.
