Job Summary

Plan, coordinate, and execute end-user events by supporting detailed event plans, timelines, logistics, and on-site operations. •Assist in developing event plans, timelines, and checklists.
•Coordinate event logistics (vendors, equipment setup, transportation), including site visits and inspections.
•Liaise with vendors and venues for catering, AV, staffing, and ensure required permits and licenses are obtained.
•Support event setup, execution, and breakdown; provide on-site support and manage AV equipment and live streaming/video production elements.
•Communicate with stakeholders, run pre-event briefings, and help conduct post-event evaluations and performance reporting.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD, PhD).
•3+ years (Bachelor’s) or 2+ years (Advanced Degree) of work experience.
•Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Media Production, or a related field.
•Minimum 2 years of experience in event operations focused on logistical coordination.
•Experience with live streaming and video production is a plus; detail-oriented with strong organizational ability.
