Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead terminal operations for rail and inland terminals to meet all regulatory and procedural requirements.
  • •Develop and strengthen Safety Management Systems across terminals and third parties, taking corrective action when needed.
  • •Manage operational budgets, control costs, ensure financial process integrity, and prevent revenue leakage through proper billing and recording.
  • •Drive performance management via KPIs and MIS, monitor operations, and implement continuous improvement and change initiatives.
  • •Oversee terminal service delivery including yard management, rake handling and evacuation, timely clearances with Customs and Railway Authorities, and coordination with customers and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
  • •Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university.
  • •10+ combined experience in ICD/CFS/Forwarding/Shipping line CHA.
  • •Excellent command in MS Excel spreadsheet.
  • •Ability to lead terminal operations, ensuring safety, security, and compliance while delivering services on time.
