Learning Governance & Standards Team Leader

Lead governance and standards for the Global Learning & Development organization, overseeing project management practices, program coordination, quality controls, and operational effectiveness. Manage a team of project managers, governance specialists, and learning designers to establish scalable workflows, enterprise learning standards, reporting dashboards, and risk/compliance oversight. Partner with GL&D leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure learner-facing projects are delivered consistently, efficiently, and with strong controls.
