  • •Support Nuclear Technical Lead and Department Manager with strategic resourcing initiatives.
  • •Supervise and lead electrical engineers’ technical development and career growth.
  • •Serve as Electrical Lead/Engineering of Record and maintain responsibility for deliverable development.
  • •Lead electrical design work across project lifecycle, including feasibility through commissioning.
  • •Produce and review electrical engineering deliverables (specifications, drawings, load lists, one-lines) and support client/internal meetings with occasional travel.
