Key Responsibilities

•Support and program manage cross-cutting, months-long operational improvement projects to increase business efficiency and reduce risk.
•Gather and organize information about problems to be solved or procedures to be improved; make recommendations to management through presentations or written reports.
•Interview personnel and conduct onsite observations to determine methods, equipment, and personnel needed for projects.
•Manage cross-functional processes with leaders and executives across the company to ensure key decisions, major projects, and business outcomes are successful.
•Partner with Internal Communications, Finance, Learning & Development, and other Business Operations teammates to facilitate company-wide processes and ensure changes are working.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 101,816 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field and three years of experience in job offered or related occupation.
•Data Analysis: Leveraging competitive data to inform and influence business decisions
•Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on strategic goals
•Output/Presentation: Produce executive research reports based on analysis of industry benchmarks
•Project Management: Manage and deliver on end-to-end market analysis and assessment
