Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to ERP modernization by supporting SAP S/4 implementation across all phases (preparation, execution, and operations).
  • •Design, build, test, and deploy end-to-end Lead to Cash solutions that meet business and industry standards.
  • •Partner with Order Management and Supply Chain to gather and translate business needs into detailed functional specifications; configure SAP and integration to connected applications.
  • •Troubleshoot system issues with root-cause analysis and oversee connected applications, ensuring solution quality.
  • •Oversee incident resolution with application maintenance partners, maintain solution documentation and knowledge base articles, and drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of SAP functional design experience with deep focus on the SAP Supply Chain suite.
  • •End-to-end implementations on SAP S/4 and multi-country rollouts, with deep expertise in Lead to Cash processes.
  • •Strong proficiency in SAP S/4HANA; S/4HANA certification is necessary.
  • •Minimum 5 years managing operations of a portfolio of SAP solutions and connected applications with an external partner.
  • •Experience with ITIL-based support (Incident, Problem, Change Management) using tools such as ServiceNow or SAP Solution Manager and ALM.
