Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects, covering planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Work directly with clients to define scope of work, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Conduct complex RFPs, complete bid evaluations, and recommend delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or via qualification processes.
  • •Facilitate the development of a project charter and integrated timeline, ensuring functions remain on schedule and issues are resolved or escalated.
  • •Lead project team collaboration by facilitating regular status meetings and coaching others to develop in-depth knowledge across the function.

Key Requirements

  • •Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with MS Project or similar project management software.
  • •Experience developing project scopes, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, and work plans with milestones.
  • •Healthcare client and/or pharmacy fulfillment/packing client experience is beneficial.
