Job Summary

Support TikTok’s Data Infrastructure Legal team by advising on strategic infrastructure and compute transactions across data center capacity leasing, power-related matters, hyperscale cloud agreements, and emerging AI infrastructure arrangements. Negotiate complex contractual documentation, advise on relevant laws and regulations, and help develop standard policies and template agreements. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including public policy teams, to deliver pragmatic, business-focused legal guidance in a fast-moving global environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Negotiate contractual documentation for data center capacity leasing and delivery, including colocation, build-to-suit, and space-and-power arrangements.
•Support power-related matters central to data center delivery, including power purchase, utility interconnection, and renewables.
•Negotiate cloud agreements across the stack, including large-scale/customized cloud capacity commitments and hyperscaler service agreements.
•Negotiate AI infrastructure arrangements, including AI compute capacity reservations and GPU-as-a-Service/accelerated-compute with neo cloud providers.
•Advise on laws and regulations for digital infrastructure and help develop standard policies and template agreements; provide clear advice to business and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school (or foreign equivalent) with active membership in at least one US State Bar.
•Outstanding stakeholder fluency and engagement.
•Sound legal and commercial judgement and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
•Hands-on experience in two areas: data center capacity leasing, complex/customized cloud agreements, and/or AI infrastructure (AI compute/GPU-as-a-Service).
•Ability to bridge global cultural and skillset differences with strong collaboration and project management skills.
