Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing data engineering team.
  • •Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient data pipelines and architectures.
  • •Oversee ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, and data lake solutions.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
  • •Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across all data engineering workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •7+ years of experience in data engineering or software engineering roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership/management position.
  • •Strong expertise in data pipeline development, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing solutions.
  • •Proficient with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data tools like Apache Spark, Python, etc.
  • •Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
