Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the main system integrator, regional IT business analysts, and business SMEs during the Korea implementation to ensure alignment, quality design, and smooth deployment.
  • •Transition from legacy systems to the future Oracle Fusion platform as part of the embedded project team.
  • •Post-go-live, serve as the local face for Oracle ERP for Korea—leading discussions on system utilization and future improvements.
  • •Own ongoing change management, process improvements, and rollouts of Oracle quarterly system updates to keep Korea business optimized and aligned with global standards.
  • •Act as local escalation point and liaison to regional IT and AMS support teams for day-to-day operational issues and system maintenance, ensuring integration with core systems and MDM standards.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of strong functional experience executing Oracle ERP solutions, with Oracle Fusion Cloud experience highly preferred.
  • •Strong subject matter expertise in at least one core Oracle functional area (Finance, Plan-to-Deliver (P2D), or Order-to-Cash (O2C)).
  • •A broad understanding of the Oracle ERP ecosystem, common MDM concepts, and how ERP integrates with connected core systems.
  • •Fully bilingual with excellent communication in both English and Korean to bridge local business needs and regional IT strategy.
  • •Based in Anyang and able to work frequently on-site at the Chungju Plant, with flexibility to travel to other operational sites across Korea and APAC as needed.
