Key Responsibilities

  • •Build NLP and machine learning models across the full lifecycle from design and training through evaluation, validation, and implementation.
  • •Develop solutions using open-source LLMs, including prompt engineering, RAG, and business-focused evaluation metric frameworks.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, software engineers, business analysts, and product managers) to deliver HR tools and AI-powered products.
  • •Use a broad technology stack (Python, SQL, AWS, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, VectorDBs, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and more) to extract insights from large volumes of numeric and textual data.
  • •Translate complex data science work into tangible business outcomes for internal stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 161,800 - 184,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field plus 5 years of data analytics experience, or Master’s plus 3 years, or PhD in a quantitative field.
  • •At least 3 years of Python experience.
  • •At least 3 years of machine learning experience.
  • •At least 3 years of SQL experience.
  • •Hands-on experience applying AI/ML tools such as Hugging Face, VectorDBs, and PyTorch/TensorFlow, with at least 1 year working with AWS.
