•Oversee distribution center operations in Spartanburg and deliver safety, cost, productivity, SLA, and quality targets.
•Coordinate and lead across all shifts, including planning and maintaining building flow with peer senior operations leaders.
•Manage people leadership: role model values, ensure inclusive support, and provide direction, targets, coaching, and development.
•Own continuous improvement practices (PeS, SOPs, shop floor management, leader standard work, Gemba, lean methods) and drive change management to go-live and sustained adoption.
•Support labor management and develop business cases to reduce labor, packaging, and other operating costs while maintaining OSHA safety standards.

•Prior experience leading leaders (people leadership).
