Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventive maintenance and mechanical repairs on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines.
  • •Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions by observing operation, listening for issues, and using precision measuring/testing instruments.
  • •Remove and replace defective parts using hoists and hand/power tools; inspect and measure parts to determine dimensional changes.
  • •Fabricate repair parts using machine shop equipment (vertical milling machine, drill press, lathe, welding) and adjust components and control instruments.
  • •Maintain equipment/parts inventories, document and communicate work actions/irregularities, and ensure a safe, clean working environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Journeyman License/Certification preferred or equivalent years’ experience performing complex mechanical work in industrial maintenance.
