Partner with Business Banking Relationship Managers to acquire, expand, and retain business clients with moderately complex cash management needs. Identify client opportunities, build and execute annual sales planning, and leverage referrals to drive client growth. Provide consultative recommendations on working capital management and optimized cash flow structures, communicate across internal partners for seamless delivery, and refer business-growth opportunities to specialty teams.

•Identify and close new cash management opportunities by collaborating with Business Banking Relationship Managers and COI networks.
•Develop and manage year-round sales planning activities and capitalize on referrals from inside sales and client service managers.
•Provide strategic consultation to high-value clients and prospects on working capital management and optimized cash flow structures.
•Translate payment product features into consultative pitches tailored to client needs.
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of core business banking relationships and communicate with internal partners to ensure seamless service delivery.

Salary: USD 71,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree (required).
•Minimum of 3 years of cash management experience in a banking environment (required).
•Minimum of 3 years of success in a client-focused environment with aggressive growth and service goals (required).
•Exceptional negotiating and closing skills to drive client acquisition and retention.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills for client and internal partner interactions.
