Key Requirements

  • •4+ years in analytics or data engineering, ideally owning the whole analytics/data stack end to end.
  • •Strong opinions on dimensional modeling, layering, and contracts.
  • •Expertise with dbt, including writing SQL models and understanding materializations, incremental strategies, macros, CI, and failure modes.
  • •Production-quality Python with ingestion fundamentals (APIs, pagination, incremental loads, schema drift); dlt experience is a plus.
  • •Comfort owning deployed infrastructure and scheduling with Airflow or Dagster (or similar).
