Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and conduct tests, analyzing data to drive yield improvement and product quality.
  • •Address production redlights with product failure analysis and product troubleshooting.
  • •Diagnose and resolve tester-related issues, including root cause identification at circuit board component level.
  • •Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for test equipment and test stations.
  • •Develop and maintain manufacturing procedures and related documentation (RA, LOTO, SWP, ESR) and support calibration activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience operating common lab test equipment such as multi-meters, power supplies, and oscilloscopes.
  • •Knowledge of subassembly and circuit board functional testing processes.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot equipment failures up to the circuit board component level.
  • •Strong teamwork and communication skills (written/verbal), with problem-solving and presentation ability.
  • •Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering (or related) and around 3 years of related manufacturing experience are preferred.
