Key Responsibilities

  • •Own overall technical architecture for ServiceNow implementations across enterprise modules, designing scalable and upgrade-safe solutions using out-of-the-box, App Engine, and custom extensions.
  • •Build AI and intelligent automation architecture, including AI-enabled workflows and automation use cases, aligned to AI applicability, limitations, and governance.
  • •Configure, customize, and extend the ServiceNow platform; guide teams on AI-driven acceleration and quality outcomes.
  • •Design integration architecture and data architecture, including reporting, analytics, and dashboards.
  • •Support pre-sales end-to-end deal cycles by crafting solution architectures, estimating effort, and strengthening stakeholder confidence through consultative selling and value-based storytelling.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of overall IT experience with significant ServiceNow architecture experience.
  • •Deep expertise designing ServiceNow solutions including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM, HRSD, and CSM.
  • •Proven hands-on or architectural experience with ServiceNow AI / Now Assist, including AI-enabled automation workflows and governance.
  • •Ability to support deal cycles: proposal development and estimation, plus RFP/RFI response management.
  • •Advanced JavaScript (client-side and server-side) and strong knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and App Engine.
