Key Responsibilities

  • •Responsible for mechanical services design for building services and associated systems of work.
  • •Manage and maintain records of incoming and outgoing drawings in accordance with WSP QA procedures.
  • •Apply legislation, standards, guidelines, and project specifications; develop safety in design capability.
  • •Liaise and coordinate with WSP personnel, local/foreign affiliates, clients, and other disciplines; attend meetings when required.
  • •Develop HVAC mechanical system designs using HVAC software and 3D modelling, prepare technical reports, and assist in training junior staff while complying with SHEQ obligations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • •Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME) is a plus.
  • •At least 7 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • •Knowledge of Camel program or other HVAC load estimating software.
  • •Experience designing HVAC systems, including heating/cooling load and ventilation calculations and drafting plans.
