  • •Facilitate requirement gathering and analysis through experience design workshops and collaboration to refine end-user requirements.

  • •Architect UX strategy by creating sitemaps, screen flows, storyboards, and user flow diagrams, and develop detailed user personas (including AI-assisted synthesis).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Application, Engineering (any), or a related field plus three (3) years of IT experience.
  • •Three (3) years of IT experience must include experience in HTML and Responsive Web Design (RWD).
  • •Experience in conducting requirement gathering and analysis via UX workshops (Discovery & Design Workshop) to help define project scope.
  • •Experience planning and executing in-depth user research, including user interviews, voice-of-customer sessions, and usability testing.
  • •Ability to architect UX strategy and craft artifacts such as sitemaps, application screen flows, storyboards, and user flow diagrams based on research and content strategy.
