Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team to support daily corporate action operations across multiple markets, including HK Securities, China Connect, US Securities, structured products, bonds, and US tax reporting.
  • •Ensure all operational activities comply with regulatory requirements and operational risk guidelines; escalate exceptional, suspicious, or aged items for timely resolution.
  • •Streamline and enhance processes through transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and control effectiveness.
  • •Monitor onshore and offshore team efficiency and performance, and lead, manage, and develop team members to meet performance targets.
  • •Lead and support investment operations change initiatives and participate in system development projects, including UAT, system modifications, and ad-hoc projects.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in a related discipline or relevant qualifications.
  • •Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in the financial industry, including at least 2 years in corporate action operations for overseas markets (e.g., US market).
  • •At least 1 year of management experience, with a self-motivated, detail-oriented, communicative approach.
  • •Familiarity with CCASS, Euroclear, CMU, and tax reporting operations.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) and strong problem-solving/analytical skills.
